Zontai ZTM-F2500 Cardboard Paper roll slitting rewinding machine
The slitting rewinding machine is mainly used to slit cardboard paper, sticker paper, craft paper, silicone paper, coated paper and other kinds of paper in width range of 1600mm-3000mm.
1. Material to slit:
Recycled paper, cardboard paper, Kraft paper, Paperboard, With and without print.
Weight (gr/m²): 40-500 g/m2
2. Mother roll (Unwinder rolls)
Width: 1600 mm-2500mm
Chucks Core: 3, 4, 6, 12inches
Max diameter: 1500 mm or max. 2100mm
Max Weight: 4000kg or more
3. Rewind roll (Output rolls)
Air shaft Core: 3, 4 or 6inches
Max diameter: 1200 mm-1600mm
4. Slitting size: Min width: 100 mm
Knfifeholders: Normal circular slitting knife or Pneumatic circular knife (can be chosen)
5. Working Speed: 600 m/min
6. Features:
Unwinder shaftless, pneumatic brake controlled (Motor controlled as optional).
Guide system electromechanical
Bowed roller (Banana roller) with hydraulic controlled
Paper Edge blowing system
Rewinder 2 drum rollers with 2 motors
Automatic ejector for finished rolls
Hydraulic unloading system for finished rolls and loading at ground level.
