ZTM-D LDPE Film Slitting Machine Zontai Brand 1300mm -1600mm
Uses: 
This machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC, BOPP, LDPE Pearlized opp, metalized film, stamping foil, aluminum foil roll, laminated film thickness range 10-150micron; all kinds film with printing and without printing of various materials, etc.


Main mechanical configuration: 

1. Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation. 
2. Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake with loadcell for close-loop auto tension.
3. Traction rollers are driven by 1 servo motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened. 
4. Rewind adopts 2PC servo motors, automatic tension is from PLC's calculating. 
5. Equipped with automatic rewind material's pushing by robot arm. 
6. Unwind lift adopts hydraulic/ pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time. 
7. EPC&LPC makes material's slitting edge smooth and accurate. 
8. The feature of machine is stable, security, efficient etc.
