ZTM-D1300 Zontai Plastic film Slitting Rewinding machine for opp pvc pet printing film
Uses:
This machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC, metalized film, stamping foil, aluminum foil roll, laminated film thickness range 10-150micron; all kinds film with printing and without printing of various materials, etc.

Uses:
This machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC, metalized film, stamping foil, aluminum foil roll, laminated film thickness range 10-150micron; all kinds film with printing and without printing of various materials, etc.
Main mechanical configuration:
- Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation.
- Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake with loadcell for close-loop auto tension.
- Traction rollers are driven by 1 servo motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened.
- Rewind adopts 2PC servo motors, automatic tension is from PLC's calculating.
- Equipped with automatic rewind material's pushing by robot arm.
- Unwind lift adopts hydraulic/ pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time.
- EPC&LPC makes material's slitting edge smooth and accurate.
- The feature of machine is stable, security, efficient etc.
