Uses: The machine applies to slit and rewind craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. all kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc.
Main mechanical configuration:
Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation.
Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake, material's constant tension control is automatically calculated by loadcell.
Traction rollers are driven by 1 servo motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened.
Rewind adopts 2pcs servo motors , automatic tension is from PLC's calculating.
Equipped with automatic rewind material's pushing by robot arm.
Unwind lift adopts hydraulic/ pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time.
EPC&LPC makes material's slitting edge smooth and accurate.
The feature of machine is stable, security, efficient etc.
