 ZT-700 Embossing and Gusseting Machine for heavy duty bags and Skid-proof bags

1, Specification and suitable materials:

This machine use up and down steel plate as the machine body; it's specially for PE and co-extruding tube heavy material; it's function are embossing, gusseting, and fixed material, then rewinding, for the heavy duty bags and skid-proof bags.

3, Configurations:

1) the main motor: it uses vector motorwith inverter control, and the traction use 3phase Asynchronous motor chain as the mechanical transmission; and microcomputer control the meters counting etc. 

2) Unwinder part: it uses mechanical shaft to hold the rolls, and magnetic powder brake (10kgs) for tension; the unwinder frame can be 90degree rotarying; the rotarying uses independent motor to control, and unwinder uses webguide and double sensors for tracking. The unwinder has one 3inch air shaft as spare.

3) Embossing device: it's in the middle of this machine; it uses 4 rollers outside and press the film rolls, with independent motor for transmission; and it can change the drive power according to the film thickness; and the emobssing wheel inside the tube roll, and press outside to make non-slip points. 

4) Gusseting device: it's in the top of the machine; and there some Herringbone splint type guide rollers and oppsite vertical type plates, and some traction rollers; with Guardrail working platform; the operator can change the depth of gusset very easily. 

5) Rewinder part: it use 3inch/6inch air shaft, and magnetic clutch (10kgs) for tension control; and inverter control the main motor, and rewinder with follow that motor.
